Many people want to get fit and keep fit, but are never able meet their goal. These people are often victims of chronic aches and pains, or medical problems that make productive exercise seem difficult or impossible. The Healthy Living Program offers the individual a unique, safe, personalized workout that is designed by a licensed Physical Therapist/Certified Personal Trainer to take into account the existing issues that are preventing you from productive exercise. You will learn a number of exercises and techniques that you can use at home or with a personal trainer.

Your program includes: 30 minute initial consultation and body assessment, a personalized 12 week Exercise Program that meets your schedule and your goals, easy to follow visual diagrams, written explanations, and Progress Tracking Grid, and a reduced fee followup assessment.
